An important element of the Sunday morning service is the weekly letter: a weekly contemplation, generally written by the Apostle (see the frequently asked question: who is the Apostle?) who is the person ultimately responsible for spiritual care.
The letter touches on ethical issues as well as being a religious meditation. It can inspire the listeners with regard to vital choices and give encouragement during life's storms. The weekly letter also includes examples of how people can put such values as forgiveness and compassion into everyday practice.
The weekly letter is sent to all Apostolic members, who receive it, by post, preceding the Sunday service.
The Apostolic Society is a contemporary religious community. We feel connected to the eternal mystery of creation, which we call God or Almighty.
In our Sunday services we reflect on values as sense of forgiving in the day tot day practice.
