'Berg en Dal', which houses the Centre for Information and Reflection, is thus a meeting place for reflection and research. Expositions and presentations show aspects of the Apostolic world of experience as well as paying attention to the historical background of events, traditions and rituals. Several photo expositions offer insight into the Apostolic perception of God and mankind. Photographs taken by Ruud M. Koppenol picture the Sunday service and rituals. For changing expositions about current themes an assignment is given to an artist each year.
There is a library with publications and periodicals of the Society and literature about religion, attitudes to life and philosophy. In the audio-room and film theater visitors can listen to sound and view film fragments from the historical collection of The Apostolic Society. All those who are interested are welcome.
'Berg en Dal' is also a place for discussion and contact. National work groups within the Society hold their meetings here. There are lectures and workshops, where internal as well as external speakers are invited. Furthermore we wish the centre to be a place for dialogue with other religious and philosophical groups.
The Apostolic Society is a contemporary religious community. We feel connected to the eternal mystery of creation, which we call God or Almighty.
In our Sunday services we reflect on values as sense of forgiving in the day tot day practice.
